NewQuest Properties has landed Chipotle Mexican Grill and AT&T for the Four Corners retail center in a double play that returns 100% occupancy to the west Houston project.
Chipotle and AT&T have leased 2,483 sf and 2,055, respectively, at 9319 Hwy. 6 S. The space, formerly a single-tenant end cap, was vacated roughly two years ago by a national mattress chain.
Andrew Alvis, senior associate of Houston-based NewQuest Properties represented the landlord, CFT NV Developments Inc. of Las Vegas. The new leases have been one year in the making.
"It's now off my plate. It feels great to have leased the balance of the project to two good national tenant groups," Alvis says.
Chipotle and AT&T, both signing long-term leases, will co-tenant with Panda Express and Cash Store in the project, located at the hard corner of Bissonnet Street and Hwy. 6. The site includes a freestanding Starbucks.
NewQuest plans to deliver the spaces in mid-May to the center's new tenants for their respective finish-outs. Chipotle and AT&T anticipate opening in the summer.

Willis Hillside RV Resort LLC has purchased 20.01 acres at 13390 E. FM 1097, Willis, from Sam and Zina Bosworth. Randy Nerren of NewQuest Properties represented the buyer. David Alexander of Newcor Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
